The high-temperature rotating viscometer is used as a coaxial method center structure, using a small amount of sample adapter,
each test the sample volume required is very small, and the temperature control is rapid and accurate. Full range, each block linearity all through the PC interface,use the high temperature standard viscosity solution with different viscosity to ensure that the instrument is available high precision and repeatability. The measurement range is wide and suitable heat melt glue, asphalt, and polyethylene wax are solid at room temperature.
Main features:
1. The measurement data is directly displayed on the LCD screen, without secondary calculation, and supports Chinese / English exchange display;
2. Adopt micro-computer drive technology, imported stepping motor, the speed is accurate, stable and reliable;
3. The viscosity display resolution is accurate to 0.1% of the full range;

MesuLab viscometer is perfectly integrated with touch screen technology, and uses a fashionable and modern high technology to measure viscosity quickly, accurately and conveniently. Powerful, far from the previous LCD viscometer comparable.
The coaxial center structure is adopted, and a small number of sample adapters are used. The sample quantity required for each measurement is very small, and the temperature control is rapid and accurate. It has the advantages of many measurement parameters, rich display content, convenient operation, direct display of test results, high measurement accuracy, stable rotating speed, strong anti-interference performance and wide working voltage. Main features:
1:Adopt ARM technology and built-in Linux system. The operation interface is simple and clear, and the viscosity test can be carried out conveniently and quickly through the creation of test program and data analysis.
2:Accurate viscosity test value: each measuring range is automatically calibrated by computer, with high precision and small error;
3:The display content is rich: besides viscosity (dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity), there are also temperature, shear rate, shear stress, percentage of measured value in full range (graphic display), range overflow alarm, automatic scanning, maximum measuring range under current rotor speed combination, date and time, etc. The kinematic viscosity can be displayed under the condition of known density to meet the different measurement requirements of users;

6:Stepless speed regulation:
RV1T series: 0.3-100 rpm, with 998 kinds of rotating speeds.

The measurable range is very large, from 50 to 80,000,000 mPa.S, which can meet all kinds of high-viscosity samples melted at high temperature (such as hot melt adhesive, asphalt, plastic, etc.).
Optional ultra-low viscosity adapter (No.0 rotor) can also measure the viscosity of paraffin wax, polyethylene wax and other molten samples. The measuring range of hairspring torque, rotor shape,
rotational speed and viscosity is the same as that of the same type viscometer in the world, and the measured viscosity data are very comparable to those of similar instruments of international brands.
