It is used for precise seed counting of various crops, including grains, corn, wheat, and rapeseed. It can also be used for counting insects or insecteggs on smooth surfaces (such as rice weevils, aphids, silkworm eggs, and fish eggs) and serves as a platform for seed purity testing.


The key technical indexes

1. 12 megapixel color camera with large depth of field and A3 sheet ultra-thin backlight panel, which has automatic correction characteristics of camera picture distortion and backlight uniformity, effectively reducing size measurement error.

2. ★ It can automatically analyze the images of seeds after imaging in large quantities. The diameter of seeds analyzed by photography is 0.5~20mm. The real grains and empty grains of rice seeds need to be wind selected, and then counted and analyzed separately.

3. ★ The fully automatic counting speed ranges from 1200 to 20000 grains per minute, with a counting error of ±0.1 to 0.4%. With minimal monitoring and correction, the accuracy can reach 100%. The precision error for fully automatic thousand-grain weight analysis is ±0.5%. For smaller seeds (such as rapeseed and vegetable seeds), the number of seeds tested in a single batch ranges from 5000 to 10000 grains.

9. The analysis results of images can be saved, and the total report can be automatically formed. The statistical analysis results can be output and saved to Excel table.
