Introduction:

This series rotating viscometer, with 37 or 58 kinds of speed and maximum measure range is up to 320 million mPa.S.

They test quickly, accurately, and easily measure the fluid samples with a high viscosity. They with multi-functions,

and there are some optional accessories, like small sample adapter, enhanced ultra-low viscosity adapter.

There are some obvious advantages, like many measure parameters, rich display content, easy operate, intuitive reading,

high measure accuracy, stable speed, strong anti-interference performance, display curve of shear rate and viscosity,

and width voltage.

The torque of the gossamer, the shape of the rotor, the size of the rotation speed, and the range of the viscosity

measurement are the same as the same viscometer imported, and the measured viscosity data is very well comparable

with the imported similar instruments.

2.Automatically prompt that viscosity measurement is stable or not;

3.Automatic scanning function, and recommend the preferred combination of rotor and speed;

4.The measured viscosity range can be automatically displayed according to the selected combination of rotor and speed;

Main features:

1.Touch keyboard / large LCD display;

2.Viscosity measure accuracy: each range is automatically calibrated by the computer, with high accuracy and small error;

3.Level checking on front side : the level adjustment is intuitive and convenient;

4.With interface: temperature probe, one RS232 to connect printer and another RS232 to connect to computer;

5. Optional Pt100 temperature probe: wide temperature measurement range, from-20 to 300℃, temperature measurement accuracy of 0.1℃;

6. Optional enhanced ultra-low viscosity adapter ULR / URL PLUS, which can accurately measure the viscosity of 1mPa.S;

7. Optional   small amount of sample adapter, SSR / SSR PLUS, and the sample volume measured each time is only 7-11ml;

8. Other optional accessories: constant temperature bath, constant temperature cup, printer, standard viscosity sample (standard silicone oil), etc.;

Application:

Widely used in paint, paint, cosmetics, ink, pulp, food, oil products, starch, adhesives, latex, biochemical products and other industries.

It can also be optional high temperature furnace measurement need heating melt samples such as asphalt, hot melt glue, polyethylene wax and other samples.
